Sport Fitness Program introduces exercise through energized and
electrifying circuit activities. The Lil' Sport Court includes:
gymnastics, rock climbing, track 'n field relays, lead-up games for
soccer, basketball, floor hockey, tee ball, badminton, and volleyball.
Sport skill development for kicking, hitting, and striking using bats,
balls, rackets, and birdies.
