This program is a challenging locomotive-movement education class "Just For
Kids". This separation program allows children to make decisions
because it challenges them to think on their own without their
"playmate" (parent or guardian).
Our teachers set up running, jumping, and balancing obstacle courses in conjunction with an array of gymnastic apparatus...of course scaled down for our tiniest of tots...creating a level of excitement, exploration, and discovery. Their knowledge of the sport of gymnastics enables them to develop the appropriate activities geared for this tender age. When children figure out ways of going under, over, and around, they feel a sense of accomplishment. Here at P.G.I., building blocks for positive self-concept and a heightened level of self-esteem are developed. Another very important aspect of this program is the sensitivity and compassion we have to help parents and children separate without trauma... We want your children to have fun and to feel secure doing these activities that will give them a great sense of confidence and accomplishment.
